Tobacco Control Partnership
of Tippecanoe County
Mission
To improve the health of Tippecanoe residents, youth and adults, by encouraging a smoke-free lifestyle, increasing tobacco cessation resources, and reducing exposure to secondhand smoke.

Tobacco use is the single most preventable cause of death and disease in the United States and unfortunately, Indiana itself has the fifth highest smoking rate in the country. With that said there is a great need within our own community for tobacco prevention, education, cessation, and awareness.

The goal behind Tippecanoe County's Tobacco Control Partnership (TCP) is to improve the health of Tippecanoe residents, youth and adults, by encouraging a smoke-free lifestyle, increasing tobacco cessation resources, and reducing exposure to secondhand smoke.

The partnership is made up of many extraordinary members within the community that are passionate about tobacco related initiatives and who firmly believe that together we can make difference. As the coordinator of the Tobacco control partnership, I urge the residents of Tippecanoe County to make their voice heard. We are always open to new membership, ideas, and suggestions, as we are all working toward a common goal...to help everyone breathe a little easier.
